The Shoot Manager is a full customer and shoot management system designed for Schools, Groups and Kindergarten photographers. The system stores information about the customer and all the shoots performed for that customer.

The main screen of the shoot manager shows all details of the customer and the shoots performed/planned for that customer. You can scroll forwards and backwards through the shoots and review the all details of those shoots including the profitability of the work.

All users of the Shoot Manager can be given one of six different access levels that allow you to control who can access what functions within the system and whether they have edit capabilities for the data in those areas.

The booking grid shows all the shoots booked over a particular period and the colour defines what type of shoot is scheduled. You can move back and forward between the customer pages anf the booking grid very quickly and easily. Click on the booking grip button in the customer screen will take you into the booking grid at the date of the currently selected shhot. Double click a booking in the booking grid will take you to the customer and shoot details for that shoot.

There is a contact management system built in so that contacts and marketing efforts can be coordinated and managed. The system stores information about every contact made with the customer.

There is also a tasks management sydtem that allows users to enter details of upcoming tasks and contacts. User can bring up a list of required activities for a particular date or a list of outstannding contacts/jobs.

Booking sheets can be printed for any shoot so that all details can be printed and carried by staff who are visiting customers. The booking sheet includes all details of the customer and the shoot so that the staff member is fully aware of all aspects of the job when visiting the customer. The sheet can also be used to record any new details that need to be entered into the system when the staff member returns to the office.
