| The
teams module is a reduced set of the functions from
the Schools and Groups that has been developed for
customers who are photographing sports teams but
not capturing any individual images. The functionality
for working with teams is driven from a workflow
screen.
The
following list of steps describes a average teams
shoot using dScope. To see more details about
any of these steps, click on the item in the list

Import Name List
If
you have any details of the individuals in the teams,
you can import a list of names into the system prior
to the shoot. This saves typing names later in the process.

Get
Group Images
|
It
is generally impractical to team images directly
to a PC. dScope allows group images to be shot to
a memory card and then imported into the system.
You can import any number of shots into the system
and review them. Up to three of the group images
can be stored in the system at any one time. |

Review and Edit Data
| The
review and edit data screen shows a list of all
the children in the team and allows you to edit
their details including their position in the group
image. |

Build Group Images
|
There
are a wide range of settings that can be used to
get the required result and you can make many adjustments
while reviewing the result until you get exactly
what you want. You can modify backgrounds, page
sizes, all fonts, font sizes and colours, either
text or image headings, school emblems and extra
pieces of text. |

Submit For Printing
On
most print devices, dScope can send the image as an
order directly to the printer. The print is back printed
(where that capability is available) with the customer
name, team and order details. If you have a printer
that is not directly supported by dScope, the image(s)
can be sent to a hot folder for printing.

Archive All Data
All
of the images and the team details can be backed up
to any form of digital media simply by copying the whole
folder. If there are any reprints required, or you need
to look a any of the data from the shoot at a later
date, the folder can be copied to any computer and reopened
in dScope.
