number of modules in dScope is now approaching twenty,
and more modules are in development in response to requests
from customers. Most of the main modules have their
own page on this website. The following lists some of
the less often used modules and describes their functionality.

Customer
The
Customer Module incorporates a Customer Management System
and a Targetted Marketting capability into dScope. The
module records all details of a customer and their orders.
The module is mainly used by professional photograpphers
and phoptography studios.

Staff and Rosters
Staff
and Rosters gives you the capability to store information
about your staff then create and manage your staff roster.
It is mostly used in retail operations.

Bookings and Hire
Bookings
and Hire was designed for two purposes :
To
help retail operators create extra profit by hiring
out valuable equipment that most organisations have,
but only use rarely. THe equipment can be booked out
to customers or booked for internal use.
To
help professional and studio photographers manage their
resources by assuring studios, sales suites, and equipment
are managed and not double booked.

Financial
The
financial module is a verty simple transaction recording
system that can store records of costs and income against
a chart of accounts. The module has the capability to
output reports and to export the data in a CSV format
that can be picked up into Excel and most accounting
packages.

The
image library provides the capability of placing large
numbers of images into a library structure where they
can be retrived for later use.
