dScope Pricing

We have attempted to be as flexible as possible with our pricing structures so that we can fit in withe the requiremenst of our customers.

  • All dscope products are available on both purchase and rental plans.
  • Where possible we try to sell solutions, not specific products.
  • We are happy to quote you on any quantity or combination of products.
  • We can design payment plans that allow you to purchase the products over a period of time.

dScope is not a large business with managers to support and a fleet of sales staff. Our only sales staff are our customers. This means that supporting our customers is, and will always be, a major part of our own business model. We are always happy to put prospective customers in contact withy existing customers who will vouch for our products and the way we support them.

This business model also means that we must make our pricing very simple and clear. As a result :

  • The prices below are the full prices for the solution. There are no hidden costs such as percentages of income, click fees, server costs etc.
  • When a customer purchases a dScope solution, or is paying ongoing rental, there will never be a 'new version that must be purchased'. If the customer buys or rents a dScope system, and pays any quoted annual support and upgrade fees, they will automatically qualify for any updates to those products without further costs.

The size of our business also means we do not have long product development and upgrade cycles. When we add functionality to the products, or apply fixes for problems, the new versions are made available to all licensed users immediately. You do not have to wait for the 'next 6 monthly release' to get the changes and fixes in your business environment.

The following lists of solutions pricings are provided as examples. Every customer and every business is different in both the solutions they require and the payment arrangements that will suit. We talk to each prospective customers about their business and ther goals and then put together options we think will help them achieve those goals and that will be cost justifiable for their business.
